Use NekBrace safely and correctly
1. Place NekBrace around your neck and fasten the Velcro straps.
2. Close the outlet flap clockwise.
3. Operate the hand pump until the neck brace is full of air.
Push the ball valve down into the tube to prevent air from escaping.
Enjoy the relaxing relief for 10-15 minutes - standing or sitting.

Conditions for returns:

• All parts and any accessories must be included.
• The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.

Exceptions:

• Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund:

• The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return package via the original payment method.

Return costs:

• Please note: The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
• We recommend always using a tracking code when returning items. This prevents loss during transport.
