Delivery times

Because we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United Kingdom, delivery times will be somewhat longer.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5–9 business days, shipping times could be slightly longer due to customs processing.

Shipping costs

At Bella onlineshop, you pay no shipping costs. Every order is delivered to your home free of charge, regardless of the size of the parcel or the number of items.

Tracking my order

Within a few days of placing your order, you can easily track your parcel via our website. Click HERE to track your order. (The tracking information will become active as soon as the carrier has scanned the parcel.)

Delays & Lost in transit

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays. While these delays are outside our direct control, we work closely with our courier partners to ensure all packages reach customers as quickly as possible. If a package is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately and we will replace or refund if delivery fails.

How long do i have to return?

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after delivery without giving any reason.

Conditions for returns

  • The product may only have been used to the extent necessary to assess it.
  • All parts and any accessories must be included.
  • The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.

Return costs

  • Please note: The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
  • We recommend always using a tracking code when returning items. This prevents loss during transport.
