Because we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United Kingdom, delivery times will be somewhat longer.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

The average delivery time is 5–9 business days, shipping times could be slightly longer due to customs processing.

Conditions for returns:

- All parts and any accessories must be included.
- The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.
Exceptions:
- Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund:
- The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return package via the original payment method.
Return costs:
- Please note: The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
