Delivery times

Because we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United Kingdom, delivery times will be somewhat longer.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

The average delivery time is 5–9 business days, shipping times could be slightly longer due to customs processing.

At Bella onlineshop, you pay no shipping costs. Every order is delivered to your home free of charge, regardless of the size of the parcel or the number of items.

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after delivery without giving any reason. 

For returns, please contact us at Info@bella-onlineshop.co.uk within 30 days of the delivery of your order. We will be happy to assist you in returning your order to us for a refund.

Conditions for returns:

• The product may only have been used to the extent necessary to assess it.
• All parts and any accessories must be included.
• The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.

Exceptions:

• Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund:

• The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return package via the original payment method.

Return costs:

• Please note: The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
• We recommend always using a tracking code when returning items. This prevents loss during transport.
