HOW TO USE

• Lightly insert the trimmer into the nostril by holding the instrument with your thumb and forefinger. Insert the cutting heads a few inches into your nostrils. (Make sure to clean the area with warm water before use).

• Squeeze the handle to rotate the inner blades to cut visible and protruding nose hair. Maintain the rotating motion while trimming to avoid unpleasant pulling.

• After use, clean the instrument with a brush to remove excess hair between the blades, or rinse immediately with water.

• Dry in a well-ventilated place.

• The same process can also be used for ear hair!

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request and return your order.

Returns are accepted for both defective products and change-of-mind returns.

Please include your order number and the email address used to place your order so that we can provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return before contacting us and receiving the applicable return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If the product is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item may only have been handled or used to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect and assess it.
• The item must be returned with all parts and accessories originally supplied.
• The original packaging should be included. The packaging does not need to be undamaged.
• The product must not have been intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.

Business Orders

Orders made for business purposes are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

The full applicable purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
