Turn your wall into a canvas for lighting with this unique touch-sensitive modular lighting system. The system consists of a series of plastic hexagons that you can click together with magnets and activate individually with a tap of your finger.

How it works.

• Each LED tile can be linked together with magnets. Attach them together in patterns or pull them apart and rearrange them into a whole new design. Within minutes, your lights will be hanging and working on the wall.

• You control the brightness. Whether you need a lot of light for reading, or a little less for a more relaxed atmosphere, you're always right with these modular touch lamps. Each tile can be individually switched off and on, so you can decide how bright or dimmed you want the room to be.

• Each tile has a touch sensor that detects when you come into contact with it! Thanks to the proximity sensor, you can touch the lights with any part of your body to turn them on or off.

• You choose how you want to hang them! We offer two different options. There are holes in the back of each light, or you can use the adhesive plates included in your order.

Our products are stored and dispatched from overseas fulfilment warehouses.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after your order has been placed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

These are estimated delivery times rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, circumstances such as customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather or unusually high shipping volumes may result in a longer delivery time.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery. Where applicable, these costs are handled as part of our fulfilment process.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request and return your order.

Returns are accepted for both defective products and change-of-mind returns.

Please include your order number and the email address used to place your order so that we can provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return before contacting us and receiving the applicable return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If the product is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item may only have been handled or used to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect and assess it.
• The item must be returned with all parts and accessories originally supplied.
• The original packaging should be included. The packaging does not need to be undamaged.
• The product must not have been intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@bella-onlineshop.co.uk and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Business Orders

Orders made for business purposes are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

The full applicable purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
