How do you maintain your Chunky knitted blanket?

• We do not recommend washing your Chunky blanket in the washing machine, this can cause the fabric to become thinner, feel harder and no longer feel as nice.
• If your blanket contains dust, fluff and pet hair, you can give it a good shake and most of it will come off. You can remove the pilling by hand.
• If you accidentally spilled something like coffee or wine on your blanket, you can run that part of the blanket under cold water. Once the stain is washed out, place the spot between two towels and squeeze it gently. Then place the blanket on a surface where it gets plenty of air and turn it over occasionally until it is dry.

Delivery times

Because we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United Kingdom, delivery times will be somewhat longer.

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after delivery without giving any reason. 

For returns, please contact us at Info@bella-onlineshop.co.uk within 30 days of the delivery of your order. We will be happy to assist you in returning your order to us for a refund.

Conditions for returns:

• The product may only have been used to the extent necessary to assess it.
• All parts and any accessories must be included.
• The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.

Exceptions:

• Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund:

• The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return package via the original payment method.

Return costs:

• Please note: The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
• We recommend always using a tracking code when returning items. This prevents loss during transport.
