Step-by-step instructions for using your Garden Path Maker mould:

• Rake the area where you want your stones and lay down your mould
  
• Prepare concrete in a separate container
  
• Pour the wet concrete into the path maker mould
  
• Use a board or other straight tool to make the surface of your concrete smooth and even
  
• While the concrete is wet, you can add decorative elements to the concrete: shells, foot or handprints, stones, coloured glass, etc.
  
• Use a trowel to smooth the concrete, if necessary.
  
• Let it sit overnight
  
• Remove the mould

NOTE:

• The mould is reusable. You can clean them by spraying them clean with a garden hose.

• The moulds can be reused immediately after pouring the first garden step stone so you don't have to wait. (Do not wait until it is 100% dry, otherwise it is very difficult to remove).
• The thickness of the concrete can vary depending on your need for garden stepping stones. A wetter mix of concrete for concrete moulds is used to get garden stepping stones with soil/lower level, and a stiffer mix of concrete is used to get garden stepping stones with higher/stone level.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery. Where applicable, these costs are handled as part of our fulfilment process.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request and return your order.

Returns are accepted for both defective products and change-of-mind returns.

Please include your order number and the email address used to place your order so that we can provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return before contacting us and receiving the applicable return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If the product is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item may only have been handled or used to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect and assess it.
• The item must be returned with all parts and accessories originally supplied.
• The original packaging should be included. The packaging does not need to be undamaged.
• The product must not have been intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@bella-onlineshop.co.uk and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Business Orders

Orders made for business purposes are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

The full applicable purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
