FULL HD 360° VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The camera head is swivelling with an 85° wide-angle glass lens, combined with a 350° horizontal swivel range and a 110° vertical swivel range, allowing for a 1080P HD image. You can also use it for optional video recording, fast forward, rewind and playback.

WIFI CONNECTION AND FREE APPLICATION
This 2021 version easily connects to the Wi-Fi network in your home or office, so you can access your video anywhere with an internet connection.
With the intuitive 'YCC365 PLUS' application, available for iOs and Android, you can watch real-time video anywhere.
MOTION DETECTION AND ALERTS
You will receive alerts directly from the application on your smartphone when motion or loud noise is detected. The 'Smart Track' function can accurately select and record the active image. The ElitSafe indoor camera can automatically track any moving object: a person, an animal, and centre the moving object on the camera. Automatically returns to the 'preset location' to monitor the object after 10 seconds when no one is present or moving.

MULTIPLE DEVICES / MULTIPLE CAMERAS
You can connect up to 10 cameras simultaneously. This gives you the ability, without geographical limitations, to monitor multiple rooms/homes at the same time. All cameras can be accessed from your mobile, tablet and PC.
HIGH QUALITY INFRARED VISION
The ElitSafe camera can achieve night vision of 12 metres (33 feet) to fully monitor your room, even in the dark.

With automatic recording, you don't have to worry about space. A storage medium with micro SD card for local backup, and also a cloud storage service. You can choose how to store your recordings to avoid the risk of loss.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery. Where applicable, these costs are handled as part of our fulfilment process.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request and return your order.

Returns are accepted for both defective products and change-of-mind returns.

Please include your order number and the email address used to place your order so that we can provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return before contacting us and receiving the applicable return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If the product is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item may only have been handled or used to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect and assess it.
• The item must be returned with all parts and accessories originally supplied.
• The original packaging should be included. The packaging does not need to be undamaged.
• The product must not have been intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@bella-onlineshop.co.uk and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Business Orders

Orders made for business purposes are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

The full applicable purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
